What Shift Delta provides

Shift Delta helps you record shift changes and timesheet-related information. It is a personal record-keeping aid only. You remain responsible for checking your own timesheets, following your employer’s policies and procedures, and keeping any records required by your employer or law.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, attempt to access another person’s account or data, interfere with its operation, upload unlawful content, or use it in a way that infringes another person’s rights. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, users or legal compliance.

Your content and data

You retain responsibility for the information you enter. You grant us permission to process that information only as needed to operate, secure and improve Shift Delta, as described in the Privacy notice.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep Shift Delta available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change, suspend or discontinue features where reasonably necessary. You should keep copies of important records outside Shift Delta.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shift Delta is provided without warranties and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss arising from inaccurate records you enter, or decisions made by an employer or other third party.
